FAQ
First time at a spa, or first time in Vietnam? Here is what to expect.
It is my first massage. What should I expect?
Don’t worry — we guide you from start to finish. When you arrive, our team explains the treatments and helps you choose what suits you. Most treatments last 30 to 90 minutes. You relax in a calm room with soft light and music while your therapist releases tension and improves circulation.
Do I keep my clothes on?
For foot massage and many treatments you can stay dressed or change into the light clothing we provide. Therapists use soft towels to keep you covered. For a full-body oil massage you may be asked to undress so the therapist can work properly — your privacy and comfort always come first.
Should I tip my therapist?
Tipping is entirely voluntary. If you are happy with your treatment, a tip is appreciated — guests often give 10–20% of the price.
I still feel a little sore after my massage. Is that normal?
Yes, mild soreness is common, especially if your muscles were very tight. It usually fades within a few hours or by the next day. If it continues, tell us at your next visit so we can adjust the treatment.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Let us know when you book and we will arrange it whenever possible. You are also welcome to ask again for a therapist you liked.
How do I book?
Book online, message us on WhatsApp or Zalo, call us, or email us. We recommend booking one or two days ahead for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Are prices including tax?
Yes. All prices on our website and in the spa include tax. There are no hidden costs.
